We are looking for an experienced Art Director to create wonderful animations and VFX together with our talented team of artists in our in-house studio. In this position you will also work closely with our Creative Director. 

In this position you:
– Create high end 3D animations and VFX for commercials
– Lead projects and maintain quality from concept and pre-production, through to delivery 
– Establish clear communication between production, clients and artists
Inspire and lead by example
– Are able to juggle many balls at the same time

We expect:
– Advanced knowledge of Houdini Maya
– Knowledge of rendering in Redshift/Mantra/Arnold
– Compositing skills (we use Fusion)
– Experience in leading a team in a similar position
– A deep understanding of 3D animation and VFX pipelines
– A creative thinker, and technical problem solver
